If your card got declined we recommend you do the following:

1. Limits - Most credit and debit cards have daily spend limits. This means depending on the size of your order you may be exceeding that limit. The good news is this is easy to fix! Just give your bank a call and request they raise your daily limit so that you can place your order.

2. Fraud - Your bank may think the charge your trying to complete is fraudulent. This is easy to fix as well! Just give your bank a call and let them know you’re placing an order online, the amount, and where and they will approve the transaction.

3. Cash Advance - This issue only applies to credit cards. Some credit cards will classify a bank note purchase as a cash advance. If your card provider classifies this as such they will block the transaction or charge hidden fees.

The easiest way to avoid this is to use your debit card.
